Private matchmaking for practising and conservative Muslim families

Many families want a spouse for their son or daughter without dating apps, public profiles, or strangers browsing photos. Sajida's matchmaking is built for exactly that: a private, family-led search where parents and a wali can be involved from the very first word, and nothing is shared until both families agree.

No apps, no swiping, no public profiles

There is nothing to download and nothing to browse. Your details are encrypted and seen by Sajida alone. There are no public profiles and nothing to browse, and nothing about your family is shared with another family until both sides say yes. Photos and details are shared gradually, only with the family you've agreed to be introduced to, and only what you choose to share.

Families lead, the way you prefer

Your family decides how it goes. Elders can speak first; the couple can talk with a mahram or family nearby; a wali can be part of every step. Sajida proposes introductions and then steps back — the pace and the setting are yours. She looks carefully at deen and practice alongside education, family background and temperament, because a shared understanding of faith matters more than a list of qualifications.

Honest about what a matchmaker is

Sajida offers judgement, discretion and a respectful bridge between two families. She is not an investigator and doesn't run automatic background checks; with the candidate's consent, a public-records check can be arranged. She does not give religious rulings — for those, families speak to their own imam or scholar.

Sajida

Who is Sajida?

Sajida has styled family, friends and brides for weddings, Eid and everything in between. Word got around, and a favour became her work. Browse and buy on your own, or message her and she'll point you to the right piece. Think of her as your Internet Aunty.

For matrimony, she makes every introduction herself — privately, from Dallas–Fort Worth.

Good to know

Questions families ask

Is this halal matchmaking?

It is a family-first introduction, not dating. There's no browsing, no private chatting between strangers, and families can be involved at every step. How you conduct conversations — with a mahram, a wali, or elders first — is entirely your family's decision.

Can my father or wali handle the conversation?

Yes. Many families prefer that the wali or parents speak first. Sajida will work with whoever leads the search for your family.

Will anyone see my daughter's photo?

Not unless you agree. There are no public profiles. Details and photos are shared only with a family you've agreed to be introduced to, and only what you choose to share.

Do you match by sect or level of practice?

Sajida asks about deen and practice at the start and weighs it carefully — it is one of the most important things she considers. Tell her plainly what matters to your family.

How is this different from Muzz, Salams or Shaadi.com?

Those are apps where members browse and message each other. Here there's nothing to browse: one person, Sajida, hand-matches families privately and introduces only with both families' consent. Read how a rishta is made.
