◆
Your information, guarded

How your family's information is protected

In short: your details and photos are encrypted before they are stored, only Sajida can read them, nothing is shared with another family until both families say yes, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. There are no public profiles, ever.

Encrypted before it is stored

Every personal detail you give (names, phone number, email, biodata, city) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM inside the application before it reaches the database. Each value is sealed to its own family and field, so it cannot be copied into another record. A copy of the database on its own shows only scrambled bytes, never a name or a number.

The key is held in a key vault

In production the encryption key is itself protected by AWS Key Management Service (KMS). The application unlocks it only in memory, briefly, to do its work; it is never written to disk or logged.

Photos are encrypted too, and never public

Photos are encrypted the same way and stored with no public link. There is nothing to find by searching, nothing to screenshot from a profile page, because no profile page exists.

Seen by Sajida alone

Your record opens only in Sajida's own signed-in studio. When you complete your biodata, a copy is also sent privately to Sajida herself, by email and WhatsApp, so she can begin without asking you to repeat anything. Nothing is shared with another family until both families say yes to an introduction, and then only what you have agreed to share.

Delete it yourself, any time

On the matrimony page, under "Track your search", enter your reference and the last 4 digits of your WhatsApp number to delete your record permanently. It removes everything attached to it: biodata, photos, history and payment records. No questions asked.

Erased 90 days after a search closes

When a search is closed, the personal details are automatically erased 90 days later by a nightly clean-up. Nothing is kept "just in case".

Private on a shared device

The matrimony pages tell the browser not to cache them and not to pass the page address on to other sites, which matters on a family computer or a shared phone.

The services that carry it

Like any website, a few providers run parts of the service: the site's hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and email and WhatsApp for messages between you and Sajida. Each carries only what its job needs, and your stored record stays encrypted.

Card details stay with Stripe

Fees are paid through Stripe. Sajida's never sees or stores your card number.

Never sold, never advertised to

Your information is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. Sajida's is paid only for the matchmaking itself.

What we honestly don't do

No automatic background checks. A public-records check can be arranged on request, at cost, and only with the candidate's consent.

No religious rulings: for those, families speak to their own imam or scholar.

No guarantee of anyone's character or of how a marriage will unfold.

Good to know

Privacy questions families ask

Can anyone find my profile online?

No. There are no public profiles and nothing to browse or search. Your details go to one family at a time, only after both families agree to an introduction.

Who can read my biodata and photos?

Only Sajida. Your record opens in her own signed-in studio, and a completed biodata is also sent to her own email and WhatsApp so she can begin. In storage it is encrypted, so even someone holding a copy of the database could not read it.

How do I delete my details?

On the matrimony page, under "Track your search", enter your reference and the last 4 digits of your WhatsApp number and choose to delete. Your record, photos and history are removed permanently. You can also simply message Sajida.

What happens to my information if we stop searching?

When a search is closed, the personal details are erased automatically 90 days later.

Is my information sold or used for advertising?

Never. It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. Sajida's is paid only for the matchmaking.
